If you're looking to catch something in theaters, I have to recommend Neon's "Shelby Oaks" as one of the scariest movies of the year, or you can finally catch "Sinners" in 70mm if you missed it when it first came out. Last night, Brian Steinberg and Matt Donnelly broke the news that Gayle King is expected to depart as the "CBS Mornings" anchor next year amid the Paramount-Skydance overhaul. She's been the face of the program for more than a decade, but she may shift to a different role in the news division. Check out the details below. MTV's "Ridiculousness" is also coming to an end after 14 years. It's the end of an era for host Rob Dyrdek's comedy clip show, which has been going strong for 46 seasons and constantly airing re-runs on MTV. -- Jordan Moreau   Gayle King Expected to Depart as ‘CBS Mornings’ Anchor Amid CBS News Overhaul (EXCLUSIVE) King’s existing contract is set to expire in May. There are signs CBS would like her to stay on board with the news division, potentially with a deal to produce her own programming for the network. Negotiations are about to ensue just as Paramount is cutting ties with dozens of staffers at CBS News and hundreds more across the larger company.  Read More 'Ridiculousness' Canceled at MTV After 46 Seasons The comedy clip series, hosted by Rob Dyrdek, will continue into 2026 with previously shot first-run episodes, but no new episodes will be produced. Season 46 will be the last installment of the series as reruns continue to air on MTV and select seasons stream on Paramount+.
