About the Role

Core Group, the home of iStore and a leader in premium technology brands, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Assistants to join its dynamic operations team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse operations, and effective AppleCare administration across iStores, Service Centres, and Authorised Service Providers (ASPs).

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Accurately receive, pick, pack, issue, and handle stock.
  • Support regular cycle counts and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
  • Process stock returns, transfers, and AppleCare-related stock movements efficiently.
  • Verify stock against manifests, documentation, and delivery requirements.
  • Comply with all stock control procedures, health and safety standards, and OHASA regulations.

Import & Export Administration

  • Accurately receive and GRV inbound shipments.
  • Manage stock allocations, transfers, and binning activities.
  • Process faulty returns, commercial invoices, GSX uploads, and RTVs within required deadlines.
  • Ensure Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) compliance and correct labelling where applicable.

Customer Service & Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Service, Purchasing, and other internal departments.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to operational queries.
  • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and solutions-driven work environment.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12) – essential.
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable work ethic.
  • Willingness to work weekends when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Experience with systems such as Syspro, FM, or GSX will be advantageous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
