Join the Little Lions Fellowship and become a leader in mental health advocacy.

The LLet’s Talk Fellowship equips young people with practical skills to support mental health conversations within their communities. Participants receive structured training, practical tools and ongoing support, allowing them to apply their learning in the environments they are already part of. Each year, we select 50 young leaders from across Cape Town for a fully funded programme combining mental health training, coaching, and community action.
