What Novoflow Is Building Novoflow creates AI employees that run the daily operations of clinics — scheduling, billing, reminders, and more — by plugging directly into any EHR. Their first product: a multilingual AI voice agent that answers every inbound and outbound call, schedules directly inside any EHR, and reduces no-shows. Clinics using Novoflow can reclaim up to $50,000 per month in lost revenue — without hiring another receptionist. The company has already attracted $3.1 million in funding, led by super angel Justin Hamilton, with participation from N1 Ventures, Multifaceted Capital, and Standard Partners Fund. They’re working with multi-location specialty groups across radiology, dermatology, rheumatology, and primary care, building what they call the operating system for medical clinics. Inside their San Francisco live-work space, the two founders are scaling a small but sharp team, an engineer and a sales executive today, with two more hires on the way.
