Keywords of the month Expedited procedure provisions The ICC Rules of Arbitration offer an expedited procedure providing for a streamlined with reduced scales of arbitrators' fees aimed at increasing efficiency in the resolution of disputes. The procedure was introduced in 2017 and gains more popularity every year. In 2024, 152 new cases were administered under the Expedited Procedure Provisions. Read more Tip of the month Costs calculator Parties require predictability of costs in arbitral proceedings.  The ICC costs calculator enables parties to do just that. It estimates the likely costs of an ICC arbitration by generating the amounts for the ICC administrative expenses and the arbitrators' fees. Thus, it provides an estimate of the advance on costs that may be fixed by the ICC Court once the arbitration begins. Use the costs calculator
